Member Advertising
Advertising in the Marketplace area of the AVS Website is a benefit of membership in the American Viola Society. Members may post multiple single item ads in the center column feature areas of each Marketplace page. Once posted, your ad will continue to run as long as you are a current member of the AVS or until you cancel the ad. Premium and corporate ad space may be purchased as outlined below.
If you are not a member of the American Viola Society and would like to post an ad, join the AVS (regular membership $42 annually) at http://www.avsnationaloffice.org/membership
Middle Column Single Item Listings
To include your item in the AVS Marketplace, please send the following items:
1) a gif or jpeg photo of the item or a copy of the item itself
2) a link to a site where the item may be purchased or your email address so that interested parties can contact you directly

Marketplace Premium Store Front Member Listings
We reserve the right to periodically feature single items in the Marketplace “Store Front” section in order to highlight the various areas of the Marketplace. All items featured on the Store Front will also appear on the appropriate sub page of the Marketplace.
Premium and Corporate Ad Space
Premium and corporate ad space may be purchased through the AVS National Office.
• Ads are posted for one year
• Copy or artwork may be updated during the course of the year at no additional charge.
Corporate Sidebar Badge
Sidebar badges appear in the blue sidebar column on the right side of each Marketplace page.
• $200 per badge for one year placement

"Top Spots" Sidebar Badges
• $250 for one year placement

Marketplace Premium Store Front Sidebar BadgesMarketplace Premium Store Front Sidebar badges appear on the Marketplace main page, the "Store Front". This page provides access to all other Marketplace pages and as such will command increased traffic.
• $300 per badge for one year placement

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
• Banner content must be related to the viola.
• Please send along a link to your website so that we can link your badge to your site.
• Banners should be compatible with the general look and content of the Web site.
• No animation, please.
• E-mail artwork and instructions to info@avsnationaloffice using either JPEG or GIF formats. Advertisers may supply new badge artwork at no additional charge.
• When making a reservation, please specify the badge size.
• The AVS reserves the right to reject a badge ad.
• If you need to hire a graphic artist for your banner, we recommend Stewart Design, Amy@stewartdesign.com. Advertisers will be responsible for the cost of design or requested changes if completed artwork is not supplied.
