Jinglin Zhou is currently pursuing a Master of Music on full scholarship at The Juilliard School, studying with Carol Rodland and Samuel Rhodes. Born in Hunan, China, he began violin at age 10 before switching to viola and earned his bachelor’s degree at the Shanghai Conservatory of Music. He has participated in major festivals including the Seiji Ozawa Academy, Heifetz Institute, Schiermonnikoog Festival, and Tambasasayama Viola Masterclass, studying with artists such as Nobuko Imai and Garth Knox. Jinglin is a First Prize winner of the 2023 Hong Kong International String Competition and has performed internationally at major concert venues.
