Sherry Grant is a Taiwan-born New Zealand concert pianist, cellist, poet and festival organizer, and has performed at several International Viola Congresses. Sherry presents multimedia concert tours around the world, mainly collaborating with violists. Her festivals include War & Peace (2019), Hindemith & Copland (2021), Scriabin 150 (2022), KM100NZ (2023), Scriabin 2025 and Music Down Under (2026). Sherry is building a global piano family inspired by International Viola Society. She is the author of “Bat Girl”, “Finding Katherine” and editor of “Haiku Zoo Journal”, “Raining Rengay” and is the host of the Next Golden Age radio show and “Finding Scriabin” interview series. Sherry lives in Auckland, New Zealand with her family and enjoys playing French horn with the Auckland Wind Orchestra.
