2026 AVS Festival Outreach Concert Information
One of the most meaningful moments of the 2026 AVS Festival will take place just beyond the concert stage.
We invite you to join us for a special outreach performance at the Blessed Sacrament Food Pantry, where festival participants will share music with members of the local community, including pantry patrons and the incredible volunteers who serve them. This is a chance to connect, uplift, and bring a moment of beauty and joy through music.

Where: Blessed Sacrament Food Pantry (154 N Main St, Harrisonburg, VA)
When: Thursday, June 4
Time: 12:00–2:00 PM (departing together from JMU at 11:30 AM)
The food pantry is just a short walk from the James Madison University campus, and transportation will also be available for anyone who prefers it. Music stands will be provided, so you can simply bring your instrument and your heart for sharing.
This concert is a reminder of the power of music to reach beyond the stage and into people’s lives in a meaningful way.
