Tony Jin is a violist from San Antonio, Texas. He began his musical studies on the violin at age 11 before “switching to the dark side” and taking up the viola four years later. Drawn to the instrument’s deep, rich tone, he finds joy in performing for friends, family, and his community.
Through music, Tony continues to challenge himself and strive to become the best version of himself. Outside of music, he enjoys going to the gym and has a particular fondness for cats—finding one energizing and the other simply irresistible.
