Angela Rubin has performed in distinguished performance venues around the world including Carnegie Hall in New York City as principal violist of the New York String Orchestra Seminar, Seji Ozawa Hall as principal viola of the Tanglewood Music Center Orchestra, the Sarasota Opera House as principal viola of the Sarasota Music Festival Orchestra, and Suntory Hall in Tokyo, Japan with the Pacific Music Festival Orchestra. Angela holds a Master of Music degree from the Eastman School of Music and a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Carnegie Mellon University. She is currently enrolled in the Doctor of Musical Arts degree program at the Eastman School of Music under the tutelage of Masumi Per Rostad.
