Housing Options
Festival participants may choose to stay in on-campus dorms or at the nearby Hotel Madison.
On-Campus Dorms
On-campus rooms are available for $85/night (includes linens and a pillow). Anyone registering for housing must be and AVS member or attending the festival with a registered AVS member. Single dorm room accommodations will be available on a first come-first served basis and will need to be purchased in blocks of four or five nights.
Hotel Madison & Shenandoah Conference Center
- Less than 0.2 miles from campus (1-min drive / 6-min walk)
- $144/night (includes $5/day parking)

Meal Plan
Optional meal plans are available for purchase and will be served at Dining Hall D on campus. Meals can be purchased individually at the following rates:
- Breakfast: $10.90
- Lunch: $13.80
- Dinner: $14.00
