Renting a Car or Driving to the Festival?

Welcome to campus!

Whether you’re here for a day, the full festival, or helping behind the scenes, all attendees may park in the Warsaw Parking Deck throughout the event.

To make parking stress-free, please register your vehicle for a free virtual parking permit before or upon arrival. Registering your car helps avoid parking citations and only takes a minute or two to complete.

Follow the instructions below, or scan the QR code available at check-in to register onsite.

How to Register Your Vehicle

  1. Visit:
    JMU Parking Permit Registration
  2. Click “Redeem Event Permit.”
  3. Enter the following event information:

Event Permit Code:
1628

  1. Enter your vehicle information and confirm the transaction.
  2. You will receive an email confirmation/receipt once your permit has been successfully redeemed.

A QR code will also be available at check-in for convenient parking registration onsite.

Important Parking Restrictions

Your event parking permit does not allow parking in:

  • Service Vehicle spaces
  • Accessible parking spaces without the proper accessible permit
  • Expired timed parking spaces
  • Fire lanes
